Guarantee
This limited guarantee applies to all products purchased from officeandwindows and covers any defects that may arise during normal use within the warranty period.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, free of charge, any products that malfunction under normal use and maintenance. This limited guarantee is transferable.
The guarantee period for digital and physical goods purchased from officeandwindows is one year from the date of purchase. Replacement products inherit the remaining warranty from the original product.
This limited guarantee does not cover problems caused by:
Conditions, disturbances, or damage that cannot be attributed to defects in the product.
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, modifications, or an inadequate hardware or software environment.
